Mechanical Rolling Stock Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Rolling Stock Engineer to join our rail and mass transit team. The successful candidate will contribute to building the Rolling Stock capability in Perth, as well as across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New build design, commissioning, and operations of rolling stock equipment.
  • Development and management of rolling stock maintenance strategies.
  • Understanding and interpretation of Australasian, European, and American standards for rolling stock development.
  • Creation and management of Whole Life Cost models for rolling stock lease and operation.

Requirements:
  • Professionally qualified Engineer in a Mechanical field.
  • Graduated through to 3 years' experience in the field will be considered for this role.
  • Experience in rolling stock or rail engineering spaces would be advantageous.
