Forensic Mental Health Nursing Services Manager

The role of a clinical services manager in a mental health and forensic setting involves operational management and leadership to provide an evidence-based and contemporary nursing service. The position includes the coordination and management of key functions including effective human resource, material and financial management, informatics, and after-hours nursing management.
About the Position- Provides expertise and leadership for the coordination of patient flow within Mental Health and Specialised Services.
- Responsible for managing human resources, data analysis, outcome evaluation, and service improvement.
- Demonstrates knowledge of advanced financial literacy and legislation/policy compliance.
- Vaccination against certain vaccine-preventable diseases is mandatory.
