Lead a Team of Fitness Coaches

We're looking for experienced Personal Trainers to join our team of fitness coaches and take on the role of Lead Coach.

Job Summary:

As a Lead Coach, you will be responsible for leading a team of personal trainers in delivering premium 1:1 personal training services. You will work closely with your team to develop and implement coaching strategies that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional coaching services.
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies to achieve client outcomes.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with clients to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior coaches to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness or higher qualification.
  • Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification.
  • A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC).
  • Boxing for Fitness Accreditation.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a personal trainer.
  • Proven track record of achieving client outcomes.
