Job Description
  • Start strong with a guaranteed income from week 1 and no rent expenses.
  • Receive over 100 hours of paid mentorship in the first 3 months.
  • Grow your own business with the backing of a supportive team in under 2.5 years.
  • Lead personalised 1:1 training sessions and group training to build your client base.
  • Provide coaching and accountability to help clients reach their goals.
  • Develop your skills as a personal trainer and progress along the Career Path toward management or ownership of a Studio.
  • Earn opportunities across multiple tracks: Vision Master Trainer, Vision Studio Manager, and Vision Franchise Owner (with increasing earning potential).

Compensation notes

  • Earn up to $100,000 as a Vision Master Trainer.
  • Earn up to $120,000 as a Vision Studio Manager.
  • Earn up to $250,000 plus as a Vision Franchise Owner in under 2.5 years.
About The Role

Don't get stuck in a cycle of struggling to build your client database while dealing with rent expenses and competition. Build a career with Vision PT, where you're guaranteed $400+ per week from day one, with zero rent expenses and paid mentorship for the first 3 months. You will earn above the award wage, plus super, plus commissions. Every day is an adventure.

Clientele and impact

Our clientele is primarily 40+, with a slight female skew and high socio-economic status. They are motivated by long-term lifestyle change. We have a proven track record of long-term client retention and low turnover, and you will contribute to lasting transformations and positive change.

Responsibilities
  • Lead personalised 1:1 training sessions with clients while continuing to build your database.
  • Conduct group training sessions to foster community and camaraderie.
  • Provide coaching and accountability to help clients reach their goals.
  • Dedicate time to growth and develop your skills as a personal trainer.
  • Progress along our Career Path toward management and potential studio ownership.

To be successful, you will need
  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification
  • A Valid Working with Children Check (WWC)
  • Boxing for Fitness Accreditation
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to grow with us
  • Genuine interest in nutrition and macronutrients
  • Personal training experience preferred but not required
