Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Solution Architect, providing expert-level technical support and solution design.

This position involves delivering and supporting C4 products within customer environments, ensuring seamless integration with coalition systems, sensors, effectors, and communication systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and Android-based operating systems, as well as experience with Active Directory, database management systems, and XMPP chat.

Familiarity with deploying software applications into cloud-based and on-premises environments is also essential. Additionally, knowledge of administration and operation of military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks, as well as ITIL, would be beneficial.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Managing software installation, configuration, and support in customer C4I environments for use in tests, training, exercises, and actual operations.
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination between stakeholders, including customers, project managers, and other team members.
  • Developing and delivering technical training to customer administrators and users.
  • Providing level 1 and 2 support to customers on C41 software products, installation, integration with other software and equipment, and end-user support.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of C4 software product roadmaps to maximize value for customers.
  • Supporting projects to ensure delivery within agreed scope and on time.

The Skills and Qualifications We Are Looking For:

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant discipline, coupled with significant experience in IT infrastructure and platforms, is required.

Detailed understanding of software deployment into cloud-based and on-premises environments is essential, along with knowledge of military command information systems, tactical radio devices, and radio networks.

NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
