Job Overview
We are seeking a Trust Accounts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of trust accounts, as well as providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily trust account reconciliations and cash flow reporting;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client transactions and balances;
- Provide timely and professional communication with clients regarding their accounts;
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for clients;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years+ experience in trust accounting and compliance;
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills;
- Dependability working autonomously and in a team setting;
- A can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, business).
