**Job Title:** Network Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

**Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's network infrastructure. This includes ensuring stability, security, and performance of the network, leading strategic network projects, troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring engineers, and integrating Operational Technology (OT) systems across the enterprise.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a deep understanding of network technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and virtual private networks (VPNs). The ideal candidate will have experience with network security protocols, such as intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS), and advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience
  • Extensive network engineering experience with expertise in Cisco routers, switches, site commissioning, and fault-finding
  • Strong knowledge of network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, NAC, IDPS, and advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
  • Proficient in designing and managing complex network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, data centers) with a focus on high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and network virtualization
  • Hands-on experience with wireless networks (5G, LTE), cloud environments (AWS), and VoIP deployment, with expertise in QoS management and disaster recovery
