Water is a valuable resource in our world, and at our company, we prioritize the development of our people as much as we do the environment. Our multidisciplinary water team in Newcastle is seeking an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our collaborative and diverse group.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, hydraulic structures, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines. A strong background in reviewing design requirements, conducting site investigations, performing calculations, and modeling will be beneficial. Additionally, the ability to oversee drafting and prepare reports and specifications will be essential for this role.

This position requires excellent communication skills and the capacity to build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be able to provide solutions and services to clients both on and off-site while working within a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous improvement.
