Are you passionate about collecting and analyzing data to drive business decisions? As a Market Researcher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

You will be responsible for conducting face-to-face interactions with the public using short-form surveys while in transit on client services around Sydney. Your role will involve engaging with clients' services using a questionnaire and methodology to provide a snapshot of the experience for members of the public. You will also provide observational feedback for a set of criteria detailed by clients.

The collected data will be utilized to develop reports for client-centric strategic planning. This market research project runs throughout the duration of the contract. Shifts can start as early as 6am or end as late as 8pm with average lengths typically between 7 to 8 hours.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You must be comfortable working on public transport networks and confident in approaching people.
  • You need to have the ability to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors.
  • You require a strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity.
  • You must have excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and your colleagues.

Ideally, you should possess skills and attributes such as adaptability, punctuality, respectfulness, and professional presentation. Experience in market research will be highly regarded but not essential.
