Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our dynamic project environment.

This high-visibility role involves managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic business objectives through initiatives and change management. The successful candidate will have 10+ years' aviation project experience, tertiary qualifications or relevant professional qualification, and significant project and programme management experience.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives in relation to projects and change management.
  • Design and develop plans to shape, prioritise and resource projects/programmes to ensure they fit in with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the tracking and reporting of project progress against objectives to monitor success and provide updates.
  • Establish policies for third party engagements and measure supplier effectiveness to ensure relationship and contractual obligations are met.
  • Act as authority across issue escalation channels for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously review and improve project management policies, systems and processes to ensure they are fit-for-purpose.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of projects, programmes and change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering Lean/Agile change management strategic plans, knowledge of aircraft project development and execution, and strong commercial and organisational awareness.
