Our fully licensed restaurant offers an impressive selection of red and white wine, dessert wine, cocktails, beer, spirits, and liqueurs, ensuring that every guest finds something to suit their palate.

Job Title: ChefLocation: Rockhampton, QLD 4700Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules and staff rosters to ensure seamless service across our six-day trading week.
  • Collaborate with management to define dish preparation and presentation standards, ensuring consistency in our culinary offerings.
  • Monitor the quality and timing of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation, guaranteeing exceptional dining experiences.
  • Estimate and manage supplies, including raw foods and ingredients, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Inspect and verify the freshness of delivered and stored foods and ingredients, upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure that all supplies, equipment, and work areas meet necessary hygiene and quality standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, seasoning, portioning, and garnishing dishes from our menus.
  • Select, train, supervise, and performance manage kitchen staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Prepare, cook, season, portion, and garnish dishes from our menu to the highest standards.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure kitchen staff adhere to required hygiene standards and regulations.
