The role of Advanced Analytics Manager involves leading a high-performing team in designing, measuring, and optimizing loyalty programs.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that travel, redemption, and status propositions are supported by deep analytics and meaningful member insights.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering actionable analytics to support the evolution of loyalty travel products.
  • Leading analysis of redemption behavior, breakage, and margin to optimize product design and commercial outcomes.
  • Partnering with Loyalty Product teams to define and develop Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models and applications.
  • Developing member journey insights and performance frameworks to improve the effectiveness of loyalty and status programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience in analytics, loyalty, or travel-related domains with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle dynamics.
  • 3+ years leading analytics teams, with experience in loyalty program analytics or commercial travel data.
  • Experience in breakage and redemption analytics, loyalty profitability modeling, and CLV approaches.
  • Able to bring both commercial rigor and member-centric thinking to loyalty product development and analytics.
