Dynamic Support Worker Opportunities

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate support workers to join our dynamic team.

As a casual aged and disability support worker, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and able to adapt to change, and have a minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with daily living tasks such as transport, shopping, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and social and community access.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Working collaboratively with our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, shift loadings, and superannuation. Ongoing support and supervision are provided by our experienced team.
