Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and suppliers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and sales processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales Management with a successful sales record

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and suppliers
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a sales team
- Ability to analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions
