Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to join our team as a Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing exceptional tests that produce highly resilient solutions.

You will design test plans and strategies for a multi-tenanted environment (such as core banking and fintech's) that can be easily communicated to internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:

The Managed Services team is all about delivery, implementation, and execution. We create squads of delivery consultants who are embedded within our clients' organizations to deliver results, fast.

This position requires someone with strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high quality certification scripts.
  • Design test plans and strategies for a multi-tenanted environment (such as core banking and fintech's).
  • Prepare a test scenario matrix that covers all possible paths of the acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the test automation scope.
  • Build relevant mocks-ups that are suitable and relevant to the needs within the environment.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who can communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your work will have a direct impact on the success of our clients and their customers, helping them bring exceptional payment solutions to the market.
