We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Store team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Process customer orders and manage end-to-end customer interactions.
- Provide product information and support customers in our Trade Centre.
- Undertake daily stock replenishment and update the Trade Centre Showrooms.
- Ensure the Trade Centre remains safe, clean, and inviting for customers.
We offer a comprehensive training program to help you develop the necessary skills for success.
Requirements:- Curious and learning mindset.
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word).
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Time management skills.
- Safety-minded and promote safety within our branch.
- Attention to detail and focus on completing tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
