About the role
A leadership position exists within our school's Middle Leadership Team. The Junior Secondary Coordinator leads culture and classrooms from Year 7–9, working alongside students and families as they progress from Primary into Secondary School. This role involves teaching Secondary classes within your key learning area and includes a leadership allowance.

  • You have suitable teaching qualifications and are registered with NESA.
  • You're enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You're willing to receive feedback on your teaching and implement changes for growth.
  • You care deeply for your students, desiring to see them grow mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually.
  • You have a strong commitment to Christian schooling and teach from a biblical worldview.
