As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and managing the Fragrance portfolio for our beauty brand. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the future of an iconic and fast-growing Dragon brand.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own the brand's Fragrance portfolio, including product assortment management, launch sizing, forecasting, and product lifecycle management.
- Understand and analyze market context and trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify portfolio growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement campaign marketing strategies, focusing on O+O excellence.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including product sales, pricing, profitability, market share, rankings, and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize brand marketing and category strategies.
- Plan and track spend, meeting financial objectives.
- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand's sense of purpose.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand and category growth through engaging consumer, media, PR, digital, retail, and trade activations.
Requirements
To succeed as a Product Manager, you will require:
- Previous experience with product and portfolio management, including forecasting and launch sizing, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic thinking: ability to develop long-term product and marketing strategies leveraging consumer and market insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration skills: ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
