The role of People Experience Coordinator is pivotal in kickstarting an individual's HR career. This position involves coordinating recruitment requests, posting job ads, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job ads through our system
- Oversee onboarding processes, prepare employment contracts, and ensure new hires settle in efficiently
- Be the central point of contact for onboarding, compliance checks, and employee background requirements
- Facilitate recognition moments, service awards, and spot rewards to celebrate team members' milestones
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
