About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our product engineering team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving capability across our Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance robust application code that meets all technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and estimates.
  • Assist senior engineers and team leads with medium to large-scale projects.
  • Write and maintain software documentation.
  • Follow best practices in software development, code quality, and architecture across our tech stack.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
  • 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in software development building and maintaining software products.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in web-based languages and frameworks, including Node, TypeScript, React, or similar, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Solid understanding of testing principles and demonstrated experience in implementing testing strategies to improve software quality and robustness.
  • Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of secure coding practices, particularly community standards such as OWASP.
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience working on DXP or CMS platforms, or experience integrating or using DXP/CMS platforms.
  • Previous experience creating or maintaining Digital Asset Management solutions (DAMs).
