Cultural Caseworker Opportunities

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Multicultural Child Protection Caseworkers. As a key member of our team, you will work sensitively and respectfully with parents, family members, children or young people, and collaborate with other agencies to develop safety plans and complete risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to reports about children or young people who may have been harmed or where there are safety concerns.
- Work with families from diverse backgrounds to provide primary casework, secondary casework, cultural consultations, and language support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or Welfare, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A valid driver's license (P1 or above).
- A paid working with children clearance number.
