Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Early Childhood Educators. This role offers the perfect blend of education, care, and personal growth.

You will work closely with our experienced educators and leadership team to deliver high-quality care and education to children. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to pursue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining valuable work experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organizational policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
