Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a safe environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
  • Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs in the room and the centre team.
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
  • A willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organisational abilities.
  • An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Interest in early years education and development.
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps, and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis).
