Job Description

The Mental Health and Research team is responsible for delivering evidence-based innovative programs and initiatives that influence how Comcare meets its strategic intent to promote safe and healthy work, including mentally healthy workplaces. The team engages collaboratively across the business and with external stakeholders to conduct and translate research to deliver a positive impact for the Scheme.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage innovative initiatives and research programs for the Comcare scheme.
  • Ensure the utilisation of data and evidence-based approaches in the development, monitoring, evaluation, translation, and promotion of applied research.
