Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at George Day as an RV Sales Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our diverse range of RV brands and models while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the core of our values.

The role involves providing administrative support throughout the sales process, including ordering vans and selecting colours. You will also be responsible for ensuring conditions of sales are met and maintaining contact with customers during and after the sales process.

In addition, you will have a sound knowledge of all yard stock and act as the initial contact point for customers. You will work closely with sales staff, assist colleagues, and liaise with Handover Specialists and Service Department for smooth deliveries.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Team: Provide administrative support throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Ensure conditions of sales are met and maintain contact with customers.
  • Yard Stock Knowledge: Have a sound knowledge of all yard stock.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff and assist colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in an automotive sales role.
  • Proven track record in sales with the ability to meet KPIs.
  • Valid open driver's license and an impeccable driving record.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
