About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic educator to join our team as a Casual Educator.

As a Casual Educator, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years old.

You'll work closely with our experienced educators and centre leaders to develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Contribute actively to the education program in the room and the centre team
    • Engage and supervise children at all times
    • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
    • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
    • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
    • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
