Job Description

This is a community-based role where you will work with adults and children in various settings, supporting them and those around them to live more empowered lives.

  • You will conduct thorough assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families, and carers to identify tailored support needs.
  • You will develop and implement evidence-based, positive behaviour support plans to foster growth and independence.
  • You will educate and provide practical strategies to promote the elimination of restrictive practices.
  • You will collaborate with others to build capacity in families, carers, and support networks.
  • You will serve as a role model for best-practice service delivery.
  • You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working towards a shared mission to make a meaningful impact.
