Job Title: Clinical Chair Prevocational Training Council
">This is an exciting opportunity for a clinical leader to join our team as the Clinical Chair, Prevocational Training Council. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic-level policy advice and coordination of projects/programs.
">The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, high level facilitation skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders. They must also have proven experience in impacting meaningfully on training outcomes, including advocacy for junior medical staff, management of difficult issues, and high-level problem solving and analytic skills.
">In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of networked prevocational education and training. You will provide expert advice to support the development of prevocational trainees and contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
