**Customer Experience Expert Wanted**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.

The purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service by identifying and supporting customers' financial needs, providing relevant products and services, and facilitating referrals to specialist teams when necessary. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to develop customer relationships through regular contact, proactive lead management, and seeking opportunities for referrals.

As a high-performing operator, you will consistently deliver an excellent customer experience. You will demonstrate excellent customer service experience, preferably from the banking industry, and exposure to consumer lending would be advantageous.
