Job Title:

Finance Business Partner, APAC

The APAC Finance Business Partner plays a strategic role in driving business performance by providing financial insights and commercial support to regional leadership teams.

This role is responsible for enabling informed decision-making and ensuring alignment between financial objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As the primary finance contact, serve as the go-to advisor for regional management teams, providing insights analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial operations and functional leaders to drive business performance and growth.
  • Partner with the APAC Financial Controller to align regional finance priorities and ensure accurate timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with APAC leads on monthly reporting and headcount tracking.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Lead and support the preparation of regional budgets forecasts and long-term plans, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide local on-the-ground support for budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering actionable insights.
  • Deliver monthly headcount performance reviews variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required by market leads to support business decisions.

Reporting & Performance Management:

  • Own regional financial reporting, ensuring accuracy timeliness and clarity.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance and prepare the APAC Regional Performance Report.
  • Support preparation of presentations for senior leadership and board reviews.

Decision Support:

  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions pricing strategies and new initiatives.
  • Assess business cases and capital expenditure proposals to ensure value creation.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure financial controls policies and processes are adhered to across the region.
  • Partner with central finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
