Marketing and Communications Leader

We are seeking a strategic marketing and communications expert to drive the delivery of impactful communications that align with our goals.

This includes engaging and growing our network of supporters ranging from small and large donors, government agencies, philanthropic foundations, corporate sponsors, and event participants.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with our fundraising, partnership, and supporter engagement objectives.
  • Deliver targeted campaigns that support revenue-generating activities including major donor engagement, government grant visibility, philanthropic outreach, ticketed event promotion, and sponsorship acquisition.
  • Curate compelling content such as blogs, social media, eDMs, multimedia, and other engaging materials that tell the story of our research, conservation work, and community impact.
  • Lead digital communications across web and social platforms, maintaining website content and supporter journeys.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare persuasive materials for donors, funders, and media, including pitch decks, case studies, newsletters, event collateral, and annual reporting.
  • Monitor analytics to assess impact and produce quarterly insights to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Respond to media and community inquiries, and manage proactive PR to elevate our profile.
