Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver assessment, intervention, and case management services to clients across various schemes. This role involves working closely with our team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services, leveraging expertise as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Physiotherapist.

Key responsibilities include delivering assessment, intervention, and case management services, collaborating with the team to develop and implement rehabilitation plans, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation journey.

  • Deliver expert rehabilitation services to clients across various schemes
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective rehabilitation plans
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process
Essential Qualifications and Experience
  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in Return-to-Work workplace rehabilitation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Current driver's licence and motor vehicle
