  2. Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

  5. Conduct on-site measurements, including advanced lidar scanning techniques.
  6. Create and refine concept drawings, Revit models, and detailed return briefs.
  7. Coordinate with engineers and services consultants to ensure project alignment with client needs and regulatory standards.
  8. Facilitate and lead project meetings, site inspections, and maintain accurate documentation.
  9. Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation that complies with all relevant codes and legislation.
  10. Oversee contract administration and provide construction phase assistance as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Registered Architect (or nearing completion of registration)
  2. Minimum of 7 years of post-degree experience in New South Wales.
  3. Proven track record of leading projects.
  4. 5 years of local project leadership experience.
  5. Experienced with Revit, a minimum of 5 years Revit experience.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage medium-scale projects independently.
  7. Strong understanding of the BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards.
  8. Experience in construction documentation and administration for complex projects such as commercial, health, or laboratory buildings.
