Senior Data Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures that support our business objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled and collaborative team to design and implement data architectures that support our business objectives. You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing data architectures that support our business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data architectures meet business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining data models and data dictionaries
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in data architecture and design
  • Experience in designing and implementing data architectures using Hadoop and Teradata platforms
  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and data warehousing concepts
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in leading discussions and presentations
