About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Corporate Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to create a welcoming and productive environment that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS
  • WORK AS PART OF A TEAM TO PROVIDE CLIENT SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
  • CREATE EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCES THROUGH EVERY INTERACTION
  • ANSWER CALLS AND PREPARE MEETING ROOMS
  • COMPLETE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
  • CARE FOR THE CENTRE TO ENSURE IT REMAINS A PROFESSIONAL AND INSPIRING WORK ENVIRONMENT
