High-End Fashion Retailer Data Management Specialist

The successful candidate will play a vital role in processing purchase orders, product tagging, and stock management for a high-end fashion retailer.
This position involves using organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to automate tasks, manage data, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Key Tasks Include:
- Processing purchase orders and creating files for upload to the point of sale system.
- Utilizing VEND software to automate product tagging and manage product associations.
- Overseeing weekly stock reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Managing product listings across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated work experience in data entry with strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Previous experience in the fashion industry or related field.
- Familiarity with IT or finance backgrounds and basic coding knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills in Pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel.
- Excellent grasp of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Requirements:
- Full work rights in Australia are required.
- Ability to commute to Melbourne city office from Monday to Friday is necessary.
