Job Description:

The role of an In-store Pick Packer is pivotal in delivering a seamless customer experience at our high-end fashion retailer in Melbourne.

This position involves efficiently selecting and packing orders with precision and timeliness, handling the movement, receipt, and packaging of stock, maintaining organized inventory, and conducting quality control checks.

You will also assist with online order selection and packaging, as well as occasional in-store stock runs.

  • Select and pack orders with accuracy and punctuality
  • Handle stock movement, receipt, and packaging
  • Perform stock-takes and quality control checks
  • Assist with online order selection and packaging

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position within the fashion industry, be able to lift goods and equipment weighing up to 20kg, and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual with a strong work ethic who is willing to work additional hours when necessary to support business needs.
