About the Role

McArthur is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its P&C team for a 3-month term. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to the P&C team, focusing on employee experience, performance management, and policy guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify best practices in HR and implement them within the P&C work plan and strategy.
  2. Support leaders and client groups in investigations, performance management processes, and employee relations.
  3. Analyse data and trends using HR Information Systems to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  4. Deliver clear and concise HR advice to various client groups and internal stakeholders within the P&C team.
  5. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and payroll team to support the performance and delivery of the P&C strategy.

Requirements

  1. Experience in managing workplace relations and P&C issues, including performance and change management.
  2. Ability to work cooperatively with others to accomplish organisational goals.
  3. Experience in conducting workplace investigations.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience with Technology One or a similar HR Information System.
