Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service delivery and exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing situations
  • Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment
  • Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
