Job Title: Water Infrastructure Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Water Infrastructure Manager. As a key member of our water infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the technical oversight of design staff and project team members working on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors, and draft complex professional service agreements and addenda for review by senior management.

  • Technical expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to direct project team and client compliance with contract terms.
  • Ability to prepare project work plans, scope, schedule and budget, and communicate these to project team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project production and technical professional activities, four of which should have been as a project manager.
  • Local experience with cities, counties, water authorities, and regulatory agencies within the greater Sarasota and/or Tampa area is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical writing and communications skills, as well as experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Storm/Sewer/WaterCAD.
  • P.E License in Florida, or the ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months of start date.
