Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our automotive mechanical and electrical parts business in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing operational plans, working closely with the sales team, and ensuring the smooth running of the Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and vision to the branch operational and warehouse teams
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the Branch
- Manage and implement agreed operational plans
- Assist in the profitable operation and long-term growth and viability of the Branch
- Focus on OH & S, process improvement, and warehouse and inventory management
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing an automotive parts business
- Understanding of warehouse operations
- Sound leadership skills
- High levels of organisational and time management skills
- Team-orientated and a hands-on leader with solid computer literacy
