**Role Overview**

Campus leaders play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of students in years 9-12. As a seasoned campus leader, you will be responsible for embedding the college's mission and values across the year levels, supporting year level leaders, curriculum teams, and monitoring student wellbeing.

This leadership position contributes to the college's strategic direction and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive working environment recognized for its professionalism and strong community values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the year 9-12 campus in a manner that embodies the school's values.
  • Mentor staff and inspire a culture of academic excellence.
  • Work with pastoral teams to support student wellbeing.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians.
  • Oversee curriculum and pathway planning.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Masters of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / PGCE).
  • Demonstrated school leadership experience.
  • A strong commitment to catholic education and the mission of the college.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Current VIT registration (or eligibility to gain).
