Main Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing strategic academic programs that support student learning progression and growth.
- Leading the academic direction and outcomes of senior students, as well as the professional capacity of teaching staff.
- Overseeing the vision and performance of the College's academic and learning programs.
The Senior Academic Leader shares responsibility for embodying and promoting the Catholic Marist philosophy through leadership aligned with the College's Catholic ethos, Marist spirituality, and Vision for Learning.
Collaboration is central to this position, with close working relationships alongside other senior leaders to promote a consistent and integrated approach to student wellbeing and learning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
