Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at North Shore Veterinary Specialist Centre. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and manage clients and patients
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Manage client and patient data
  • Process pet insurance claims and pathology results
  • Provide administrative support to veterinarians and management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer skills
