Occupational Therapist Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing team, providing exceptional outcomes for our valued clients. Your duties will include:

  • Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks
  • Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
  • Completing various assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific skills

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Excellent time management skills, able to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
  • A current driver's license and access to their own vehicle
