Operations Agent Role Overview

Our operations team plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling and sorting of freight with the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely manage and internally move all consignments within our facility
  • Label and sort consignments to the correct delivery area with high accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely turnarounds
  • Ensure the completion of administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, ramp activities and dispatch coordination

Minimum Education: Secondary education or equivalent qualification

Minimum Experience:

  • At least two years of relevant work experience
  • No prior experience is required for associate level
  • At least four years of relevant work experience is required for senior level

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC applications
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proven expertise in planning and organizing, with strong attention to detail
