**Job Summary**
Prospero Health & Social Care is currently seeking an experienced Registered Midwife and ICU Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in a rural NSW hospital. This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in the lives of women and their families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality care to women and their newborns in a modern, state-of-the-art maternity unit
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver woman-centered care that is focused on individual needs and expectations
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that promotes excellence in patient care
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery or equivalent
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Must hold ALS and Triage Qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
