About the Role

Konekt, part of the APM Group, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
  • Assist individuals to return to meaningful engagement in occupations
  • Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
