Our Commercial Supply Chain department is seeking a hands-on SAP specialist to join us for a 12-month fixed-term placement. This role will play a critical part in supporting the transition from GEP SAP to S4 HANA across the region, working closely with our global implementation team and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the local SAP subject matter expert during the transition from GEP SAP to S4 HANA across the region.
  • Collaborate with the global implementation team to ensure local business requirements are captured and addressed.
  • Lead hands-on activities including system testing, training, SOP and work instruction development, and stakeholder onboarding.
  • Support supply chain process optimisation within the new S4 HANA environment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and report on key milestones and risks.
  • Provide functional expertise across order-to-cash, plan-to-stock, and procure-to-pay processes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business timelines and expectations.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making and project tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Proven experience in SAP project delivery, particularly in GEP SAP and S4 HANA environments.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems.
  • Hands-on experience with order-to-cash, plan-to-stock, and procure-to-pay processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
