Office Administrator Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished administrator to support our dynamic team on the Battlespace Communication System (BCS) Program. This is a key position that will involve providing exceptional administrative assistance and coordination to ensure the success of the program.

  • Provide proactive administrative support to the program director, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing office operations, and maintaining calendars and diaries for the leadership team.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the office environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
